1. Introduction & Acceptance
Welcome to WeddingReimagined, operated by Open Horizon Digital SRL ("we," "us," or "our").
By creating an account, accessing, or using our website and wedding planning tools (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.
2. Beta Access & Disclaimer
Please note that the Service is currently in a "Beta" release phase. This is a Beta version provided "as is" and "as available" for testing purposes. Data may be wiped, lost, or modified during development.
By using the Service during this phase, you acknowledge that:
The Service may contain bugs, errors, or other defects.
We do not guarantee that your data (including guest lists, budgets, or seating arrangements) will be permanently stored or preserved.
You are encouraged to keep local backups of any critical data entered into the Service.
We are under no obligation to provide technical support or to continue the Service.
3. Merchant of Record & Payments
To handle payments securely and in compliance with global tax regulations, we partner with Lemon Squeezy.
Reseller Role: Our order process is conducted by our online reseller, Lemon Squeezy. Lemon Squeezy is the Merchant of Record for all our orders.
Customer Service: Lemon Squeezy provides customer service inquiries and handles returns related to payments.
Taxes: As the Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy collects and remits all necessary taxes (such as VAT or Sales Tax) worldwide.
4. User Accounts
To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:
Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
Maintain the security of your password and accept all risks of unauthorized access to your account.
Immediately notify us if you discover or suspect any security breaches related to the Service.
You must be at least 16 years old to use this Service.
5. User-Generated Content
Our Service allows you to upload guest lists, seating preferences, and other data ("User Content").
Ownership: You retain full ownership of all User Content you upload to WeddingReimagined. We do not claim ownership rights to your data.
License to Us: By uploading User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, host, store, and display that content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service (e.g., generating your seating chart).
Your Responsibility: You represent and warrant that you have obtained all necessary consents to upload the personal data of your guests (such as names and dietary requirements) into our system. You are the "Data Controller" for this information.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
The Service and its original content (excluding User Content provided by you), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Open Horizon Digital SRL and its licensors.
The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both Romania and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Open Horizon Digital SRL.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service:
In any way that violates any applicable national or international law or regulation.
To exploit, harm, or attempt to exploit or harm minors in any way.
To transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or promotional material (spam).
To attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the Service.
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
Your Right to Cancel: You may cancel your account at any time via your account settings.
Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Your data will be scheduled for deletion in accordance with our Privacy Policy (typically within 90 days).
9. Limitation of Liability
WeddingReimagined is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Open Horizon Digital SRL, its affiliates, agents, directors, employees, suppliers, or licensors be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including without limitation damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to the use of, or inability to use, this Service.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
